What is the Energy Nexus Cluster?

The Energy Nexus Cluster is a collaborative platform bringing together 15 EU-funded projects active across the energy sector. Led by the GLocalFlex project, it provides a shared space for research organisations, technology providers and industry actors to exchange knowledge, align activities and strengthen the collective impact of EU-funded innovation.

What’s on the agenda?

Eight cluster projects — RESONANCE, INDEPENDENT, ENFLATE, MASTERPIECE, STREAM, REEFLEX, STUNNED and GLocalFlex — will present their key research findings in an interactive format, including Q&A and open discussion. The day will also feature an opening keynote and dedicated time for networking. The full programme runs from 09:00 to 17:15 CET.

Who’s coming?

The workshop will bring together project coordinators, researchers, technology providers and industry actors from across the Energy Nexus Cluster, as well as stakeholders from the wider European energy landscape.

Together, these eight projects represent more than €56 million in EU funding dedicated to advancing energy system flexibility and innovation. The workshop offers a unique opportunity to explore tangible results from over three years of research on energy flexibility, demand-side management, and the integration of renewable and distributed energy resources — and to connect with the people driving this work forward.
